This American medieval fantasy television series features a predominantly British cast and on April 17, 2011, Game Of Thrones debuted in the U. S.. It was directed by Tim Van Patten, Daniel Minahan, Brian Kirk and Alan Taylor.
The filming location was in Morocco and later the location change to Paint Hall Studio in Belfast, Northern Ireland, and Malta.
